This fall brings brings a major change to my life. I will be going back to school full time, studying to become Physical Therapist Assistant. I am thrilled to have this opportunity right here in the valley.  Thanks to all those who have supported me in the past few months, I could not have done it without you.
As a result, I will be offering only two early morning classes per week. These will likely fill up, so please sign up early, they are limited to 8 students.

Rise & Shine Small Group Training

These classes offer the benefits of private personal training, but in a small group
environment to allow for more affordability and fun! Classes are
progressive in nature and help students build the confidence necessary
to practice the workouts on their own. With a strong focus on proper alignment and safe execution of movement, these classes are designed to challenge strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination with the use of small equipment (stability balls, free weights, resistance bands, etc.). Because modifications and variations are provided in each class, these classes are appropriate for all fitness levels.

Each class must have a minimum of 4 students and is limited to 8 students.

Classes run from 6 to 7am.

Session 1:

Mondays Aug. 27th – Oct. 22nd (no class 9/3), $144

Thursdays Aug. 30th – Oct. 18th, $144

Session 2 (tentative dates):

Mondays Oct. 29th – Dec. 17th, $144

Thursdays Oct. 25 – Dec. 20th (no class 11/22), $144

Sign up early as class size is limited.

Sessions must be paid in advance!
