This recipe was given to me by a client, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
8 oz of shredded yams
1/2 cup grated carrots or apple
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp clove
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 egg
3 scoops protein powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and put into muffin tins. Bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
