Great New Recipe: Patrani Machi

Baked fish with Tomato Chutney

Simple, fun and absolutely delicious way to make fish.

Serves 6-8

1 cup unsweetened grated coconut (optional)

1-2 small chiles

3 garlic cloves

1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger

1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 1/2 tsp cumin seed

2 roma tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped almonds

2 pounds fresh, white fleshed fish fillets

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Put first list of ingredients in food processor until coarsely chopped. Rinse the fish and cut into 6 or 8 portion sizes. Place in the bottom of a glass baking dish and top with chutney and drizzle with fresh lime juice. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 t0 40 minutes.
